Attendance

Late comers:

Students asked to be in the school premises in time, i.e 8:25 am.

The school gate is closed at 8:30 am for assembly in order to avoid interruptions & distractions.

Student who comes late more than 3 times in a month is treated as indiscipline and is sent home thereafter.

Parents are asked to check the student’s dairy for late coming record.

Students are asked to be regular to school in time and attend the morning assembly.
Absentees are asked to produce a leave application along with parent’s signature.
Students should approach the principal and request for more leaves for valid reason.
In case of illness for long time, student is asked to submit medical certificate.
Students are not allowed to exit school without the permission of the principal.
No examination is conducted again for the absentees.
Attendance is compulsory after holidays, on every reopening day.
75% of attendance is essential for the final examination of the academic year.
Student must be present along with parent with dairy on every parent-teacher meet.
Attendance is considered on parent – teacher meet. It is not a holiday.
